Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: 1–2 business days
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after ordering

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can add time.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Wrong address

Please check your address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we can't change the address.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered and you can't find it, contact us within 7 days with your order number (and photos, if damaged) and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
